Document Review & QAQC
Once drawings are complete, we review them before they go out to bid, catching coordination gaps, missing scope, and specification conflicts that could lead to change orders, disputes, or budget surprises during construction.
BID PHASE
Bid Leveling & Contracting Document Review
We analyze bids for what is included, what is excluded, and what is ambiguous so owners and general contractors understand exactly who they are hiring and what they are agreeing to before work begins.
CONSTRUCTION
Field QAQC & Site Observation
We verify that work in the field matches the contract documents, providing independent observations, non-conformance reporting, and plain-language updates directly to our client throughout the construction process.
